Hayley Huyser joined the firm as an associate in 2012 and became partner in 2018. Hayley’s practice primarily focuses on, estate planning and probate, tax and business planning, municipal law, agricultural law, real estate, and juvenile law as a guardian ad litem. 

 

Hayley was raised in Huntsville, Missouri on a cow-calf operation. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University in 2008 and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2011. Hayley married a Nebraska cowboy and moved to the small town of Elwood, Nebraska, where together they have three boys and run a commercial Angus herd along with the family business of operating a feedlot.

 

In her spare time, Hayley is actively involved in her community, previously serving as the Executive Director and later as a board member of the Elwood Area Foundation, is currently the volunteer coordinator for the Elwood Carnival Association and assists with activities at Parkview Baptist Church. She is also a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and assists with the Dawson County Royal Family Kids Camp.
