ERIC D. MILLER

Eric Miller grew up in Lyons, Nebraska where he was extensively involved on his family’s farming operation which included everything from row crops to cattle and hogs over the years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness – Banking and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014, and graduated from the Nebraska College of Law in 2017 with an individualized program of study in Agricultural, Banking, and Business Law, which included significant focus on corporate, estate planning, and real estate law.

 

Eric moved to Cozad and joined the firm as an associate in 2017, where he enjoys assisting clients with real estate, title insurance, estate and business planning, and agricultural law issues. 

 

Eric still remains involved on the farm and operates Northeast Livestock with his brothers, raising and placing highly competitive show lambs for 4-H and FFA members nationwide. Eric was also a member of the livestock judging team at UNL and remains actively involved in the judging program, helping collegiate and 4-H/FFA teams. He is also a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and is the current Dawson County Bar Association President.
